A teacher from a middle school in Bradenton was taken into custody following allegations of sending a nude photograph to a student. A news release from the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office indicated that a 14-year-old student from Carlos E. Haile Middle School reported to deputies that he had been in communication with a teacher named Oliver Fell, aged 28, via Snapchat. Their message exchanges commenced in December 2024. Fell was accused of transmitting an explicit image on January 2. A search of Fell’s mobile device uncovered that their conversations resulted in inappropriate conduct, as stated by the sheriff’s office. She was specifically accused of sending the student a photograph depicting a nude breast.
A warrant for her arrest was issued on June 2. She subsequently surrendered and was processed into jail later that evening. Fell faces charges of lewd conduct with a student by an authority figure, classified as a second-degree felony, as well as the transmission of harmful material to a minor, categorized as a third-degree felony.
