DOJ Official Suggests Criminal Charges Against Jill Biden For ‘Elder Abuse’

A former contributor to Fox News, who is currently a senior counselor to the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights, has indicated that former First Lady Jill Biden might face potential criminal charges.

This remark followed the announcement from Joe Biden’s office on Sunday, which disclosed that the former president is suffering from an aggressive form of prostate cancer. This revelation has sparked speculation among various individuals, including medical professionals, who suspect that Biden, along with his medical team and close advisors, may have hidden the diagnosis.

Among those expressing concern is President Donald Trump, who stated on Monday that “somebody is not telling the facts.”

Earlier in the day, Leo Terrell from the DOJ suggested that Jill Biden should, or at least could, be subject to prosecution.

In a retweet of a conservative social media figure, Terrell remarked, “Elder Abuse! Criminal Charges??”

Numerous leading physicians and medical experts have voiced their disbelief that Biden’s prostate cancer was not detected much earlier.

According to a statement from his personal office on Sunday, Biden has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer that has metastasized to his bones.

The statement elaborated, “Last week, President Joe Biden was evaluated for a newly discovered prostate nodule after experiencing worsening urinary symptoms. On Friday, he received a diagnosis of prostate cancer, which is characterized by a Gleason score of 9 (Grade Group 5) with metastasis to the bone.”

It further stated, “While this indicates a more aggressive variant of the disease, the cancer seems to be hormone-sensitive, which facilitates effective management.”

According to CNN, Biden and his family are currently “reviewing treatment options with his physicians.”

Shortly after the news emerged, prominent experts began raising questions regarding the diagnosis. Donald Trump Jr. shared a screenshot of a statement from physician Dr. Steven Quay, who described prostate cancer as “the easiest cancer to diagnose when it first starts and to monitor its progression to bone metastases.”

Quay observed that the routine blood tests advised for men aged over 50 reveal the rate at which cancer can develop.

“It is unimaginable that this was not being adhered to prior to his departure from the Presidency,” stated Dr. Howie Forman, a professor specializing in radiology and biomedical imaging, public health management, and economics at Yale.

He emphasized that the prostate-specific antigen test would have shown that he had cancer “for a considerable time before this diagnosis,” given its aggressive characteristics.

Dr. Vin Gupta, a medical contributor for NBC News, informed MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” co-host Joe Scarborough on Monday that Presidents Donald Trump, Barack Obama, and George W. Bush all have documentation confirming readily available prostate examinations.

However, there is no documentation of Biden undergoing such an exam, and his previous medical records are not available — only ambiguous summaries — which has led to further speculation that his cancer, along with his declining mental state, was concealed from the public.

Fox News senior medical analyst Dr. Marc Siegel also appeared to question the unusual circumstances surrounding Biden’s diagnosis announcement.

“This was discovered through a physical examination during a prostate exam,” he remarked on Sunday evening. “Often, we detect an increase in prostate-specific antigen, PSA, and then we investigate further.”

He additionally mentioned that he conducts tests on all his male patients over the age of 45. Siegel clarified that when a test indicates elevated PSA levels, he usually orders an MRI right away, followed by a determination on whether a biopsy is necessary.

In Biden’s situation, however, doctors only opted for a biopsy after he reported urinary symptoms — a situation Siegel pointed out can suggest that the cancer has already started to spread.

“I mean, he must have received the best possible care in this instance,” Siegel remarked. “I’m somewhat surprised that it has progressed this far.”
