The President’s posts went further, directly calling for legal action. “Kamala, and all of those that received Endorsement money, BROKE THE LAW. They should all be prosecuted! Thank you for your attention to this matter,” he wrote. He warned that if politicians were allowed to pay for endorsements, “all hell would break out!”
The Harris campaign has vehemently denied these allegations, calling them false. Federal Election Commission records reportedly show payments made to Beyoncé’s company, Parkwood Entertainment, were significantly less than Trump’s stated figure and were designated as production costs, not endorsement fees.
