Zaccagnini said officers reviewed footage from his home surveillance system but found nothing of significance.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey were here last week asking to look at my cameras,\u201d he added. \u201cWe didn\u2019t see anything on it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite the heightened police presence, officials have remained guarded.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re not confirming anything at this time,\u201d a Phoenix-based FBI spokesperson told PEOPLE.<\/p>\n

Focus Turns Toward Annie Guthrie\u2019s Area<\/h3>\n

Law enforcement activity around Annie\u2019s residence was first spotted late on Feb. 7 \u2014 just hours after Annie and her siblings,\u00a0Savannah Guthrie<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Camron Guthrie<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, released a public video message addressing whoever may have taken their mother.<\/p>\n

Annie\u2019s home is located roughly four miles from Nancy\u2019s longtime Tucson residence, where authorities believe she was taken in the early morning hours of Jan. 31.<\/p>\n

Former CIA and FBI special agent\u00a0Tracy Walder<\/strong>\u00a0told PEOPLE that before searching the area, officers may have obtained a warrant, received Annie\u2019s consent \u2014 or both.<\/p>\n

Newly Released Images Raise Alarming Questions<\/h3>\n

The intensified search comes after Pima County Sheriff\u00a0Chris Nanos<\/strong>\u00a0announced the release of previously inaccessible surveillance images believed to show an armed individual tampering with a camera at Nancy\u2019s front door.<\/p>\n

\u201cWorking with our partners, law enforcement has uncovered new images showing an armed individual appearing to have interfered with the camera at Nancy Guthrie\u2019s front door on the morning of her disappearance,\u201d Nanos said in a statement shared on X.<\/p>\n

The subject in the images appears masked and gloved \u2014 details that investigators say could prove critical.<\/p>\n

Timeline Of A Disturbing Disappearance<\/h3>\n

Nancy was last seen on the evening of Jan. 31, when her son-in-law\u00a0Tommaso Cioni<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0dropped her off at her home after dinner with Annie, authorities previously confirmed.<\/p>\n

She was officially reported missing on Feb. 1 after failing to attend church.<\/p>\n

Soon after, law enforcement revealed they believe Nancy was taken against her will.<\/p>\n

Investigators later confirmed that blood found on the front steps of Nancy\u2019s home matched her DNA. Authorities also confirmed remnants of a doorbell camera \u2014 believed to be a Ring or Nest device \u2014 had been removed from the front door area.<\/p>\n
