Geidner stated when he shared the news on his social media accounts on Monday: \u201c\u2026[I]t\u2019s a big [case] over state laws allowing the counting of ballots cast by Election Day but received after then\u201d \u2013 as well as whether or not federal election law supercedes state election laws.<\/p>\n<p>The Center for Election Confidence stated in a post on X that it was part of the only amicus brief, alongside nonprofit organizations Honest Elections Project and Restoring Integrity and Trust in Elections (RITE), supporting the Supreme Court\u2019s decision to take up the
