A viral video drawing attention to the Quality Learning Center in Minneapolis has renewed concerns about alleged fraud in Minnesota\u2019s taxpayer-funded child care system under Democratic Gov. Tim Walz.<\/p>\n

The footage, posted on social media by independent videographer Nick Shirley, shows a striking disconnect between state paperwork and reality on the ground. The daycare \u2014\u00a0which Fox News reports<\/a>\u00a0is licensed to care for up to 99 children \u2014 had zero children, raising fresh questions about how such facilities continue to receive approval and public funding.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s no one here,\u201d Shirley says in the video. At one point, he and another man approach the building, prompting a woman \u2018demonstrator\u2019 there to shout to others, \u201cDon\u2019t open up. It\u2019s ICE.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cGo away. You\u2019re not welcome here. Shame on you,\u201d she screams.<\/p>\n
