FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino dropped an alarming update on his official \u201cX\u201d account that appeared to suggest there is a massive and highly secretive level of corruption throughout the federal government.<\/p>\n

In a lengthy post, Bongino said that what he\u2019s seen \u201chas shocked me down to my core,\u201d adding that the way the country is currently being run isn\u2019t sustainable.<\/p>\n

\u201cDuring my tenure here as the Deputy Director of the FBI, I have repeatedly relayed to you that things are happening that might not be immediately visible, but they are happening.\u00a0The Director and I are committed to stamping out public corruption and the political weaponization of both law enforcement and intelligence operations,\u201d the post begins. \u201cIt is a priority for us. But what I have learned in the course of our properly predicated and necessary investigations into these aforementioned matters, has shocked me down to my core. We cannot run a Republic like this. I\u2019ll never be the same after learning what I\u2019ve learned,\u201d Bongino wrote.<\/p>\n

He added: \u201cWe are going to conduct these righteous and proper investigations by the book and in accordance with the law. We are going to get the answers WE ALL DESERVE. As with any investigation, I cannot predict where it will land, but I can promise you an honest and dignified effort at truth. Not \u2018my truth,\u2019 or \u2018your truth,\u2019 but THE TRUTH,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Now,\u00a0CIA Director John Ratcliffe announced plans to release additional documents that allegedly link Hillary Clinton and Obama-era officials to the false narrative of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.<\/p>\n

Ratcliffe specifically pointed to \u201cunderlying intelligence\u201d cited in the annex of the Durham report\u2014which examined investigations into the Clinton-Trump race\u2014and said that material is currently being reviewed for declassification.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo part of what came out last week was about how John Brennan, Clapper, Comey, they all pushed the the known fake steel dossier into intelligence community assessments and as the basis for crossfire hurricane and all that,\u201d Ratcliffe said.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut what hasn\u2019t come out yet and what\u2019s going to come out is the underlying intelligence that I have spent the last few months making recommendations about final declassification and sent that to the Department of Justice that will come out in the John Durham report classified annex,\u201d Ratcliffe said.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe intelligence shows a Hillary Clinton plan, but part of it was an FBI plan to be an accelerant to that fake Steele dossier, to those fake Russia collusion claims by pouring oil on the fire, by amplifying the lie and burying the truth of what Hillary Clinton was up to,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n

Although they later denied it in congressional testimony, senior Obama-era intelligence officials, including James Comey and John Brennan, relied on the dossier as a key basis for initiating the unfounded investigation into Trump.<\/p>\n

The CIA director also suggested that Brennan\u2019s testimony before Congress in 2020 is now proven to have been false.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe also testified to the House Oversight Committee in 2022. Hillary Clinton testified before John Durham under oath in 2022. James Comey testified before the Senate Committee in September 2020. All of that\u2019s within the last five years,\u201d Ratcliffe told Bartiromo.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd so, you know, [U.S. Attorney General] Pam Bondi does have a strike force. It is a different Department of Justice, a different FBI, and an opportunity to look at how these people really did conspire to run a hoax, a fraud on the American people and against Donald Trump\u2019s presidency. And so coming forward, we understand that they did this, but now we need to understand how they did this,\u201d Ratcliffe added.<\/p>\n

Several key figures from the Obama administration have denied that the Steele dossier served as the catalyst for the FBI\u2019s investigation into alleged communications between the Kremlin and Trump\u2019s 2016 campaign.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
