I was not informed the conversation was on the record. The transcript you reference is a fabrication and does not reflect what I said. I do not consent to publication. Any portrayal otherwise would be false, misleading, and damaging,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI reserve all legal rights and remedies, including defamation, false light, and intrusion upon seclusion. That was a strategy that no young woman, no teenage girl had a chance \u2014 not a chance against his psychopathic skills.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Michaels said she came forward because of what she called a \u201csevere miscarriage of justice\u201d and a \u201cdelay in accountability.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-12\">\n<div data-delay=\"4000\" data-block=\"12\">\n<div>\n<div id=\"e1c09a52-67a1-44a3-a58e-fc2bf67380c6\" class=\"_ap_apex_ad\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Other accusers included Wendy Avis, Marijke Chartouni, Jena-Lisa Jones, Lisa Phillips, and Liz Stein.
