id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/23293390090\/usaunfiltered24.com\/usaunfiltered24.com_responsive_1_0__container__\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cOn July 17, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement\u2019s Homeland Security Investigations arrested Pierre Reginald Boulos, a lawful permanent resident of the U.S. and citizen of Haiti, for violating the Immigration and Nationality Act contributing to the destabilization of Haiti,\u201d ICE told\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/legal-immigrants-status-revoked-over-campaign-violence-gang-support-haiti-ice\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fox News<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Boulos is accused of inciting violence and gang support in Haiti, which ICE claims has destabilized the country and may have \u201cserious adverse foreign policy consequences for the United States.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Department of State has determined that certain individuals with U.S. lawful permanent resident status have supported and collaborated with Haitian gang leaders connected to Viv Ansanm, a Haitian foreign terrorist organization,\u201d a release from ICE stated. \u201cThe United States will not allow individuals to enjoy the benefits of legal status in our country while they are facilitating the actions of violent organizations or supporting criminal terrorist organizations abroad.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-6\">\n<div id=\"usaunfiltered24.com_responsive_2\" data-google-query-id=\"\">\n<div id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/23293390090\/usaunfiltered24.com\/usaunfiltered24.com_responsive_2_0__container__\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The federal agency also stated that Boulos failed to disclose his involvement in the formation of a political party in Haiti known as the Mouvement pour la Transformation et la Valorisation d\u2019Haiti (MTVAyiti), and that he was referred by the Haitian government\u2019s Unit for the Fight Against Corruption for allegedly misusing loans.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-10\">\n<div Miami.<\/p>\n<p>The matter was investigated by the US Department of State\u2019s Diplomatic Security Service and the US Citizenship and Immigration Service\u2019s Fraud Detection and National Security
