Joel Dahmen is known for a few things. His funny, everyman personality, that tearjerking episode of ‘Full Swing and his friendship with caddie Geno Bonnalie. But most of all, Joel Dahmen is known for his bucket hats. Of all the bucket-adopters on the PGA Tour, Dahmen has had the most noteworthy career, his unique headwear even stealing the show following his PGA Tour maiden victory. So it stands to reason that when Dahmen began searching for footage of what he claims is his favorite shot he ever hit on tour—a miraculous recovery out of the fairway bunker on the 18th hole of TPC Deere Run on Sunday—he offered up a bucket hat to the first fan who could find it.

Dahmen quickly clarified that he was actually looking for footage of his shot from the 18th-hole fairway bunker during the final round of the 2018 John Deere Classic. Unfortunately for the eager bucket brigadiers out there, the PGA Tour’s social admin already had that locked and loaded.

Obviously, this wasn’t fair fight. The PGA Tour has access to, and the right to publish, the full highlights from every tournament, whether yesterday or seven years ago. On the bright side, however, every golf fan (or at least those still brave enough to be on X) now has chance to enjoy this beauty all over again, and it’s all thanks to that lucky bucket hat.
